Meet Catherine

Maybe you are finding life is passing you by, feeling confused about the next steps in your personal life, relationships, or professional life. You deserve to be understood. Drawing from my 17 years of experience working with youth and young adults living with ADHD, ASD, and OCD, I bring an integrative and collaborative approach to therapy. The goal is to meet you where you are, helping you gain insight, rediscover excitement, and find a clear path forward.

You don’t have to go through it alone; you can heal and find relief from emotional pain. I offer a warm, nonjudgmental space and honour your cultural perspective. Together, we identify your strengths and areas for growth using mindfulness and therapeutic methods tailored to your needs.

Allow me to provide a space for you to deeply connect with yourself and find meaning in your thoughts, feelings, and actions. Together, we will unravel your emotions and explore what truly defines you. I look forward to connecting with you.
